1. What metal is your jewellery?

We predominantly use stainless steel base metal with 18k thick gold plating for most of our jewellery pieces.

Other metals used are:

- Sterling silver base metal

- Brass base metal

Material information for each item is listed in the description of each item.

2. Are your jewellery items waterproof?

Our stainless steel base metal jewellery items are waterproof and tarnish-resistant. Please check the description of items you are purchasing for more information or shop from our dedicated "waterproof" sections for hassel-free shopping experience.

3. Do you do wholesale or custom orders?

4. Oh no! I put the wrong shipping address!

In the event that an order is shipped with a missing or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee + return fee. This fee covers the expenses incurred by our shipping partner for handling the returned package. If you decide that you no longer want the order, we can issue a refund deducting the return fee and original shipping cost incurred. It is important to note that, as a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you notice an issue with the address, please contact us immediately via email, and we will do our best to fix the situation before the order is dispatched!

5. How long does shipping take?

Typically items are shipped 2nd class large letter via Royal Mail service for UK and international orders (except USA).
Delivery aim is 2-4 working days for UK and up to 14 days for international order.
USA orders are sent via Transglobal express with a delivery aim of 5 working days with full tracking.
