Please note: All orders take up to 7 days to process before shipping, as each piece is handmade with care.

All shipping methods include full door-to-door tracking (effective 23/12/2025).

  1. Courier Service: We use Royal Mail for domestic UK and international orders. For orders shipping to the USA, New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore, we use Transglobal Express.
  2. Worldwide Shipping: Thodiaaram offers worldwide shipping from the United Kingdom.
    • Important for U.A.E Customers: Please provide your phone number during checkout.
    • USA Orders – Tracking Information:
      Orders shipping to the USA are initially handled by Transglobal Express and then handed over to USPS for final delivery. There are two tracking links available: one via USPS and one via Transglobal Express. The USPS tracking may initially show “Awaiting Shipment”, while the Transglobal Express tracking provides full door-to-door tracking updates throughout the delivery journey. 
3. Shipping Costs:
    • UK domestic orders: £2.90 or FREE over £25 via fully tracked royal mail service
    • USA: $10
    • For remaining countries, please enter your address at checkout to view accurate pricing.

5. Customs Fees: All EU duties and US tariffs are paid upfront, there will be no charge to customers. 

Returns:

  • UK orders: Thodiaaram accepts returns, refunds, and exchanges for all items except earrings due to hygiene reasons. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at thodiaaram@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
    Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs for UK returns or exchanges.
  • If an order qualified for free shipping and items are returned bringing the order value below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds: We aim to process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the returned item in an acceptable condition. If we require any additional information, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
  • International orders: Thodiaaram operates a strict no returns and no exchanges policy on all international orders.
  • Address Issues: If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if a parcel goes unclaimed, the customer will need to cover postage charges for the package to be resent once it is returned to us.

Cancellations:

  • To cancel your order, please email thodiaaram@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped out.
